Contact
Use the contact button to reach Tiny Days support. This goes to the same support inbox used by Send Feedback in the app.
When you contact support, include the device you use, your iOS version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords or sensitive account credentials.
Sync and Restore
Tiny Days stores memories on your device and syncs them to your Tiny Days account so they can be restored on another device after signing in with Apple.
If memories do not appear after restore, confirm that you signed in with the same Apple account and that your device has an internet connection, then reopen Tiny Days.
Photos
Tiny Days only stores the photos you choose for a memory or child profile. The app does not upload your whole photo library.
If a selected photo does not appear, check Photos permission for Tiny Days in iOS Settings and try saving the memory again.
Links
Each memory can include one saved link. Tiny Days may fetch link preview details such as a title, image, and domain. Some websites block previews, so a link may save without a rich preview.
Reminders
Daily reflection reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. Tiny Days does not send push notifications at launch.
You can turn reminders on or off, or change the reminder time, from Settings in the app.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account from Settings in the Tiny Days app. Account deletion is intended to delete your account, children, memories, selected photos, and synced cloud data.
If you cannot access the app and need help with deletion, contact us.
Privacy
Read the Tiny Days Privacy Policy for details about what the app collects, where data is stored, diagnostics, local notifications, and deletion.
